 | A: We will take items back within 30 days of arrival upon approval of a wUnderCarParts rep. Original and returned shipping is a non-refundable service. Some items have restocking fees from 15% to 30% restocking fee which would included eBay fees and selling fees. |

 | A: We can combine shipping if you ask. However, sometimes items ship from another location so we cant offer any discounts in those cases. If you want more clarification on those cases, just contact us. We would love to answer you. |

 | A: All orders should ship out within 2 days of payment. Do not include weekends as days. If for some reason, it hasnt please call us and we will be more than happy to look into it. |

 | A: Shipping in our ads is based on UPS ground shipping rates and therefore are subject to change. However, you will never be overcharged for shipping. What you see in the ad is the price you will pay. |

 | A: Best offer is a tool for you to send us a reasonable offer based on a few things. Perhaps you saw this same product but they had a better price. You want us to match or beat it. Or you think shipping is too high. These are valid reasons for an offer. We sometimes can't accept a best offer because the shipping is what the ad says. |

 | A: We are centrally located in Michigan but we have warehouses all over the United States. For that reason, products can ship from any one of those warehouses at any time. |

 | A: We dont offer warranties, the manufacturers of our products due. Each warranty is specific to that manufacturer and will be handled accordingly. We normally recommend in the case of a warranty issue, contact us first and we will advise you to purchase a new one so that you can get your car back on the road. Then we can work out the details. |

 | A: If you are searching our eBay store and do not find a part number, it's because the listing has ended or we do not have an ad up for it at this time. We list new items and items that continually sell. Slow moving items though not in our eBay store are still available. Just contact us and we can list it. |

 | A: We have temporarily disabled it. Our intention it to make sure we get you the correct part. Therefore all of our replacement parts are year make model or VIN driven.
