Originally ordered at ~$20 but was sent wrong item. Seller then refunded the $20. I reordered but seller raised price by $4 vs just sending me my original order. To me this was not to ethical. The incorrect received item I wanted to return and seller never answered my questions. I contacted eBay customer service and they informed me that since the seller refunded me, I am not required to return item and incur any personal cost, time and gas to mail back.
