February 2017, I "officially" closed my store of 10 years, waxandwaxpax. For several reasons, I had had enough! Yeah, right! :-) Well, I did sell all of my vinyl--except maybe a few hundred. When it comes to sports cards, I am a set-builder so I concentrated on completing anything I could. Then the pandemic. Everyone seemed to be selling off their collections. Instead of reducing mine, it just grew: I was buying full collections blindly. I completed many, many of the sets, started new ones, and have tons of "extras" now, here in 2024. My collection has grown to over 1.1 million cards, all sports, the majority baseball. All years as well, majority is the '80's through 2023. Being a set-builder, most cards I was condition-strict, however, I am not one who grades them professionally. So I will be listing some of the highlights (no set-breaks) over the next several months.
