We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and stand behind all of our first-quality merchandise, which were purchased directly from the manufacturers.

Well to do Baby offers the following Return Policy:

Whether you've changed your mind, or simply do not like your item once you receive it, simply e-mail us at info@welltodobaby.com within 10 days of receiving your purchase and include details about the reason for your return.

A return address will be e-mailed to you, along with a return item approval number. Of course, the item must be returned in brand-new, unused condition, with tags still attached so that it can be put back into inventory and resold. (You received this item brand-new with tags, and the next purchaser will want that too, after all!)

The purchase price, less shipping fees if the item was originally shipped to you for free, will be credited back upon return of the brand-new, unused item, in manufacturer's packaging, with tags still attached, within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. Shipping to/from is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Important note: Requests for return of items that no longer have the original tags, or are being returned after 10 days of receiving your purchase, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the return is approved, it may be subject a 20% restocking fee. Shipping to/from is the responsibility of the purchaser.

2- Call us at 1-631-486-4740 if you prefer to speak with someone in person. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 9 am - 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am - noon (est). We do use a voice-mail system when out of the office, so please leave a detailed message including your name, item in question or reason for your call, plus your telephone number including the area code. We typically return phone calls within 24 hours or on the next business day, if a message is left over the weekend.
