Seller posted "item in transit." After two weeks, nothing. Emailed the seller. She apologized. Said was failure an employee while she was away. She gave me a refund. Not great, not horrible. Seller promised to send it anyway with no charge. Again, never arrived. Emailed seller who promised to the post office that day. Never heard from her again despite a few emails. So now this became frustrating bc this is a hard to find item. Keep your promises if you want positive reviews.
