THE BAD: SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS NOT FOLLOWED. FRONT DOOR DELIVERY INSTEAD OF REQUESTED GARAGE DOOR DELIVERY. ALMOST HAD SERIOUS ISSUE AS A RESULT.
THE UGLY: ASKED FOR HELP REGARDING WIRING NOT CORRECTED. TOOK 7 WORKING DAYS TO GET A RESPONSE WHICH WAS NO HELP AT ALL. WESTINGHOUSE MAKES A REALLY GOOD GENERATOR..... THEY NEED TO KICK-START THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was a little confused about the shipping of my new generator. I was responsible to call the shipping company and I wasn't aware of that so my shipping was took longer. I bought a refurbished generator because there was some incidences with the piston arm and the valves. So I figured I would buy one that would have already had that problem fixed. Am I a genius or am I as dumb as a box of generators. We shall soon see. I haven't gotten a chance to start it yet but I am pleased .
