others, only because their original owners have stated a set amount that is not negotiable.

Store Policies
Note: These are our general terms for most auctions / items available on eBay.
Item specific terms may vary, and if so will be listed within each auction / sale description.
Please read each one carefully prior to your bid or purchase. Always ask any questions prior as well.

Payment

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. If you are paying by a method other than credit card or PayPal, please contact us to let us know. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a "non-paying bidder" report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you require more than seven (7) days, please contact us for arrangements. We accept the following methods of payment only:

Credit Cards:–We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards through Paypal.

PayPal:–If paying by PayPal we ship to CONFIRMED addresses ONLY! This means the address on your credit card statement or on file with PayPal, MUST match the address we are shipping your item to. This protects both us, as the seller, and you, as the buyer, from fraudulent charges. If your address isn't confirmed you can pay by sending us a check or money order. To pay us via PayPal, simply select that option to continue your purchase.

Money Orders:–Please include your auction number, contact, and shipping information with your payment. Make money orders payable to "whaticaught.com, LLC" Our address for money order payments can be found below.

Personal or Business Checks Accepted
Shipments are made once funds are available and have cleared our financial institution. Checks that are mailed and returned will be subject to a $20 returned check fee if funds are not available once presented for deposit.

Contact Us

Sales Tax

Effective January 3, 2008, a 6% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to Maryland. Prior to that the rate is 5%.

Store Stock Items

We make every effort to ensure that all items are available and in stock at the time you place your order. However, if for some reason your item is not available at the time of purchase we will contact you immediately. You may either wait for the item to arrive, or receive a full and immediate refund.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, except for any item noted differently. If you have questions or concerns regarding shipping to any of these locations, please contact us BEFORE bidding or buying. Sorry, no pickups available unless noted within auction description/details.

Most items ship within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Tracking information will be emailed to you when it becomes available. If there should be a delay of 3 days or more for shipping you'll be contacted immediately.

If you checkout Sunday through Thursday, we will process your payment the next business day. If you checkout on Friday or Saturday, we will process your payment on Monday or the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays at this time

Please see the ad listing for shipping charges or use the shipping calculator, if one is provided in the ad, to determine shipping charges to your area. Feel free to contact us when purchasing multiple quantities or several different items. In most cases, we will provide a discount and attempt to combine all items.

We will try to combine shipping for you when we can. However, because we have several different sizes and types of items, it's not always possible to combine shipping. Oversized and large collectibles/antiques generally ships in their own box, therefore shipping cannot be combined on those items.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED WITHIN LISTING, yet whaticaught Gifts & Collectibles will accept returns and/or exchanges on items that have arrived to you defective or not in the condition as stated in the listing description. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within five (5) days of package receipt and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. If the item is not as stated within description, please contact us to discuss your concern(s). We are always concerned about your satisfaction, and the level of customer service we provide. Contact us at anytime if you have a question about any item that you may have purchased, or are considering to purchase or bid on.
