Shipping costs will be paid by the customer unless otherwise specified by Wholesale Contractor Supply. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order purchase and processing. Costs are determined by product weight and quantity. Heavy and bulky items require special attention and must be shipped separately. For these items, a standard rate will be charged. Please note that orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges.
Estimated delivery dates include seller’s handling time, and will depend on shipping service selected and receipt of cleared payment. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.
In the event of an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Service Department during normal business hours at 877-622-9347. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.
Standard delivery time once your order is processed is 5 to 7 business days after receiving cleared payment. If the product you order is on back order, then we will notify you within 5 business days. If you have a rush delivery, please notify our customer service at 877-622-9347. Please note that rush deliveries may include additional shipping costs.
Wholesale Contractor Supply ships orders Best Way, and therefore, does not ship to Post Office Box numbers.
