Q. Are your iphones really unlocked, will they work on any network?
A. Yes, these iphones are fully factory unlocked. They will work on any network anywhere in the world and never relock.

Q. What does factory unlocked, or sim free, mean?
A. This means that the iphones have not been unlocked by software, or 'jail broken'. They have been unlocked by the carrier, and so will now work on any network without relocking. It also means you can update the software or restore it to factory settings without it relocking.

Q. Can I update the software or reset the iphone without it relocking?
A. Yes, you can update the software and reset the iphone if you wish - these phones will never relock.

Q. What is the actual condition of the phones - how bad are the scratches etc?
A. The phones listed will always comply with the description in the listing. These are used phones and so will show signs of use. This may be scratches to the screen, scratches/scuffing to the casing, or both. How bad is the scratching/scuffing? Our phones are graded according to the level of cosmetic damage, which we describe in each listing. An indication of our grading is as follows: Grade A - Pristine condition, Grade B - Excellent condition, light signs of wear, Grade C - average/poor cosmetic condition, will show heavy signs of use. All phones are fully tested and in full working order, and only have cosmetic issues where stated.

Q. What colour will I receive?
A. For iphones that have a white and black range, we cannot guarantee what colour you would receive. If you have a preference let us know what you would like at checkout and we will do our best to fulfil your requirements, however we cannot guarantee this. For any other model of mobile phone, we will state in the listing what colour it is.

Q. What do I get with the iphone - does it come boxed, with charger and ear phones and manuals etc?
A. Our iphones come boxed (generic black box), with a USB cable. We do not supply headphones, chargers, manuals or any other accessories with the iphones.

Q. Do the phones work properly? Do I get any kind of guarantee?
A. Our phones are fully tested before being deemed fit for resale - please be assured our phones are fully operational and functional. We also offer a free 60 day peace of mind guarantee should you encounter any problems.

Q. Do you only sell iphones?
A. We sell a range of mobile phones to suit everyones' needs, if you don't see anything you like in our listings you are welcome to contact us as we can source almost any model of mobile phone. We will then list it for you to purchase.

Q. I live in the Scottish highlands, or the isle of man, how long will delivery take?
A. Delivery to UK highlands and islands normally takes between 2-5 working days. Please allow this time for delivery before contacting us - we will investigate any delays promptly.

Q. I live overseas, how much will delivery be and how long will it take?
A. We ship worldwide using DPD or Royal Mail depending on your location. If you would like express international shipping please contact us for a quote before checkout and payment and we will get back to you with further details.

For standard International deliveries, please check the Royal Mail website, as the delivery times may vary. Usually delivery can take between 3-7 working days, however it can take slightly longer depending on your location.

Q. Can I track my phone once it’s been shipped?
A. You will receive an email as soon as it has been dispatched, and can contact us for further tracking information if required once your item has been shipped.
