• We only ship on business days, Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US Holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and on US holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
• Please note that due to carrier restrictions, shipping transit times are business days only, and do not include the day of shipping.
• Once we have delivered to the carrier, we will provide all available shipping and tracking information via email through ebay. Please check for and save this email so you can track your package. If you did not receive the tracking information, please send us an email and we can re-send it to you.

We ship in discreet packaging. There is no mention of wigs on the outside of the package. Packages will have Warrington Investments LLC on the return address.

US Domestic locations

• $1.95 – USPS First Class Mail – (only available for wig caps, liners and small accessories)- (transit time generally 5-7 business days after order processing)
• $6.95 - USPS Priority Mail (transit time generally 2-3 business days after order processing)
• $26.95 – USPS Express Mail (transit time generally 1-2 business days after order processing)

Express mail delivers next business day to most locations. However, some locations are 2 days. Please see the USPS for most accurate transit time to your location.

We offer $3.00 shipping for additional items to both Domestic and International destinations.

International locations

• $5.95 (Canada Only) USPS First Class Mail International (transit time generally 6-10 business days after order processing plus customs time)
• $14.95 (Select Countries, excluding Canada) USPS First Class Mail International (transit time generally 7-21 business days after order processing plus customs time)
• $25.95 (Worldwide, including Canada) USPS Priority Mail International (transit time generally 5-6 business days after order processing plus customs time)
• We are able to send via Express International, if you require quicker transit time. Please email us with an Express Mail upgrade PRIOR to paying for your item. We can send an invoice with Express shipping for you to pay.

Actual transit time depends on your country's custom clearance times. Please note that tracking and insurance is only available through Express Mail International. If you require tracking information and insurance, we highly recommend using Express Mail International.

We are not responsible for any customs duties due on any purchase. It is illegal for us to reduce the value or mark your items as a gift, so please do not ask.

A special note on First Class Mail International: we offer this less expensive form of shipping BUT we do not recommend it. First Class Mail International offers NO visibility into the progress of your package and there is no insurance available. Countries in which we have experienced losses we will no longer ship via First Class Mail International. Please consider paying the few dollars more to ensure the arrival of your goods in a timely manner. Once we ship your item via First Class International, we cannot assist you in locating your package, unless it is returned to us. We can only confirm the shipping date via the USPS Track & Confirm web application.

Shipping Issues

Late arrival

Once your package has been given to USPS, we will supply you with all available shipping information so you may track your package. Unfortunately, we have NO control over your package once it has been delivered to the carrier.

Incorrect or incomplete address

We cannot guarantee delivery if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect. Please make sure the delivery address is complete and correct. Please supply a telephone number if possible. For orders paid for with Paypal, we only ship to the confirmed address – no exceptions.

All domestic orders must have the recipient's telephone number and U.S. street address.

Shipping Refunds

We do not refund shipping charges unless we make an error (ie ship you an incorrect item.) If we have shipped you an item in error, please notify us immediately. We will issue you a return authorization number. Once we have received your item back, the correct item will be shipped to you.

Returns

For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns. No exceptions. Please see our Return policy page for details.
