We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express) as well as Paypal. Please make payment within 4 days of auction ending. After that date, if payment isn’t made we reserve the right to relist the item.
We charge 7% sales tax in the state of Washington.
Shipping of items is to the contiguous 48 states.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to ALASKA, HAWAII or outside the US (this includes Puerto Rico which is considered International shipping). Most of our items are shipped via FedEx, but occassionally ship UPS and Freight (for larger items). We only ship smaller items that fit into an envelope through USPS. Sorry, but we cannot ship items to Post Office Boxes, APO's or AE's, therefore we need a physical street address.
Items valued over $250 will require a signature upon delivery.
Freight deliveries are curb side delivery only. This means that the driver will not bring the boxes into your home or garage. It is your responsibility to provide help to move the item into your home. Please provide a daytime phone number for freight items since the freight company will need to make a delivery appointment.
Insurance is included for all items, without any additional charge to you. Unfortunately insurance becomes void if a damage claim is made 21 days after receipt, so please open your package upon receipt to inspect your item.
Damages in-transit. Unfortunately occasionally items are damaged in-transit. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY upon receiving the damaged item so we can begin the claims process. We will work to find a solution to this unexpected issue with you.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot accommodate local pickup unless otherwise noted in the auction.
Shipping time during the holidays may take longer than normal.

Periodically an item will sell out in our store before we can remove it from Ebay. If this happens you will be given the option of a full refund or wait for the item to return to stock. We apologize for this occasional problem, however sometimes this does occur.
