About Us

Wilsons Leather is a leading specialty retailer of quality accessories and outerwear. We are dedicated to providing luxury and style at exceptional values for the fashion conscious consumer. Our history dates back to 1899 as Bermans Leather, a leather garment manufacturer and factory outlet retailer. Bermans Leather and Wilsons House of Suede and Leather merged in 1988, becoming the firm you know today as Wilsons Leather.

Wilsons Leather currently operates under two formats. Our Wilsons Leather Outlet stores offer a variety of designer in-season products as well as special purchases and clearance items for both men and women. Categories include outerwear and accessories such as handbags, briefcases and travel items. Our e-commerce site offers an extension of our store experience and is intended to increase brand awareness, strengthen the relationship with our customers, make our merchandise accessible to those outside the geographic reach of our stores, and facilitate cross-channel marketing.

Payment Policy

Immediate payment is required upon selecting "Buy It Now".

We only accept immediate payment through the eBay checkout system.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods and Costs
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.wilsonsleather.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, USPS or UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the values of the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day, or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Second Day, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Overnight Service, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 11:00 pm EST in order to receive your package the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

48 Contiguous United States

  • Standard, (3-6 business days)
    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-6 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the value of the total order.   • 2 Day, (2 business days)
    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days.   • One Day, (1 business day)
    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days. Shipping Rules and Restrictions

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Third Day delivery for orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii require 2-3 additional business days for delivery. Overnight delivery is not available for orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii.
  • Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address, Post Office box, or U.S. territory (including Puerto Rico) may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited.
  • The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of Checkout.
  • You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Return Policy
Returning or exchanging a purchase to our online store:
When shipping a return, you must include the return form or bottom portion of the original packing list within 90 days of purchase. Be certain to save copies for your records. All returns and exchanges must be new and unused, and contain all original tags and accessories.

Shipping and handling costs, gift-wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable.

We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Care department at support.ebay@wilsonsleather.com or 1-877-818-9461.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.

Returning or exchanging a purchase at an outlet store:
We do not accept in-store returns for products purchased on eBay.
