The item delivered I cannot complain about. exactly as described and added to my large collection. However, I am very disappointed that in addition to the $10 I paid, I had to pay $11.71 more for shipping. This was communicated by message (attached photo). As a new eBay user, I am not sure if this is normal or I have been scammed. But I paid it anyway because its not easy to find this item. Shipping took a while, but it was mentioned that it would take that long. Wish it was faster though.

buyer is from the country Bahrain, there is no ebay designated carrier ePackage shipping route to this country therefore I was asking if buyer accept EMS fast shipping with extra $11.71, buyer said yes, then the gentleman left negative feedback today upon receipt of item.
