Immediately (a few minutes) after making the purchase of this "open box" item, the seller changed the ad to "used" in "good" condition. I emailed within minutes to make certain that the phone ordered was indeed open box and 9/10, but never received a reply. Fortunately, I had taken screen shots of the original ad, and, in addition, ebay noted on the changed ad was it was no longer representative of my purchase. After a few days, I was relieved to receive a near perfect phone.
