Returns are accepted on all items within 30 days of the date of purchase. The return period is extended to 60 days from the date of purchase on all new cell phones. Items MUST BE returned in the same condition they were received in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please contact us prior to returning your item. You will need an RMA number in order to complete your return or exchange. Include a copy of your packing slip on all returns.
We process all refunds and exchanges within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt at our facility. Be sure to ship your item back to us using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail and we will require a tracking number for proof of delivery. DO NOT "refuse" or mark your package "return to sender" in order to avoid return shipping fees. USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other shipping services do not consider "refused" or "return to sender" packages a priority. These items will experience great transit time delays and will not be tracked. In many cases these items are lost altogether. If your "refused" or "return to sender" package is lost in transit we will not be able to issue a refund or complete an exchange.
Be sure to package your return properly. These are very fragile items and we cannot be held responsible for damage due to poor packaging.

FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes, you must have a physical address in order to choose the FedEx shipping service.
On all packages, if your item comes back to us marked undeliverable as addressed, return to sender, unable to forward, or with any other indication that the package could not be delivered by USPS we will immediately process this item as a return and refund you minus applicable restocking fees. In order to avoid this issue please make sure that you have provided the correct shipping address and that you have not left out any important information, such as apartment number. We cannot be held responsible for packages which are returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
