How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once payment has been received we ask for 3-4 business days to process your order. Often times we will ship your order the next day however, from time to time processing may take longer. To help us get your package to you as soon as we can please make sure you ship to your billing address and / or ship to your confirmed address in PayPal.
Once we ship your laptop, which will normally be 3-4 days after payment has been received and cleared, it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive. We are in Florida so the farther you are away from us, the longer it will take FedEx to deliver.
How do I find out where my package is?
After payment has been made, the following day you will get an email which will include the tracking number. Your order confirmation is sent to your registered email address.
What courier do you use to deliver your packages?
We have an exclusive agreement with FedEx. FedEx is at the forefront of worldwide package delivery. They have a proven track record of success and their dependability is unmatched in the industry. In addition, FedEx provides each of our customers with a tracking number that allows our customers to track their packages to their doorstep!
If your address is in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada we will use USPS (US Postal Service) to deliver these packages. Unfortunately the US Postal Service does not provide a tracking number that we can provide to our customers.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
We ship to Canada. We do not ship to any other country at this time. |
