8-1.Did you not received your product yet?
1) Please check our delivery duration by your shipping method before you contact us.
2) You can request your registered No. or tracking No. to trace your parcel.
3) Once we agree that the delivery take over a month. seller shall send you new one of free by EMS or TNT. But you would be charged 50% of shipping cost for second shipping insurance.

8-2. Did you receive different item from what you originally had expected?
