I ordered this scale on March 15, 2024. I never received a tracking number for said item so on March 19, 2024 I contacted Withings in regards to the scale. On March 20. 2024 I got a reply from someone named Aida asking me the confirmation number. What??? The confirmation number is attached to the email. I have not received a tracking number nor a reply to my multiple emails. This so unacceptable. My advice is not buy from this organization unless you like being ignored.
