We charge sales tax in 32 states.

We are part of Wolf/Ritz Imaging, with stores in 32 states. We ship from our warehouse in Fort Worth, TX and are required by law to charge State Sales Tax on deliveries to states where we have retail stores.

To see if we charge tax in your state, check eBay's Tax Tables under the "Shipping and payments" tab in the listing.

We offer flat-rate shipping via UPS Ground, which normally takes 3-5 business days. We can usually ship the same day if we receive your payment by Noon, Central Time. 

We will gladly expedite your shipping using any UPS priority serivce you choose. If your order is to ship that day, please be sure we receive your payment by 1 p.m.

A tracking number will be sent to you within 24 hours.

IMPORTANT

We ship to your confirmed PayPal, Continental U.S. street address ONLY. We do not ship to PO, APO, U.S. Territories, Alaska or Hawaii. 

Refunds for items lost or damaged in shipping will be issued after we receive a refund from our shipper.

We contract directly with UPS and will give you the best rate we can. We do not use any other carrier. 

We offer an exchange if our description does not match the item condition.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping and all contents, including packaging must be returned and be in the same condition as when we shipped them.

We will pay for shipping a replacement.

Once the return period has expired, any repairs covered under warranty will be the responsibility of the buyer. A 15% restocking fee may be applied, at our discretion, if the terms of our return policy are not met.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Where do your cameras come from?
A. Our merchandise is obtained from our warehouse and from Wolf and Ritz retail camera centers located all across the U.S.


Q. Do your cameras have any kind of warranty?
A. Yes. Most, but not all, of our cameras carry the original manufacturers' warranty, but check the listing to be sure.


Q. What does "FACTORY-SEALED" mean?
A. A "FACTORY-SEALED" item is protected in its original container by an unbroken, tamper-proof seal. Manufacturers also distrubute products in unsealed containers. We list these products as "NEW", provided the container has remained unopened. It isn't always possible to determine whether a box has been opened without opening it and inspecting the contents ourselves. Quality Control is something we take very seriously, and we make every attempt to ensure that our customers receive their merchandise in the condition we described. If we observe any wear, at all, it will be noted and declared in the auction.

Q. What is "SELLER REFURBISHED"?
A. A "SELLER REFURBISHED" item has been cleaned and tested. Missing items are replaced or noted in the listing.

We know that products sometimes get scuffed or scratched during repeated demonstrations, so we inspect every item carefully before they are listed. If we observe any wear, at all, it will be noted and declared in the auction.


Q. What does "CAMERA-ONLY" mean?
A.  We sometimes list cameras that are missing all accessories. All batteries, chargers, memory cards, software, cables, manuals and paperwork, etc. are missing. Only the camera will ship in the box.


Q. May I contact you and negotiate price?
A.  You may contact us, but our prices aren't negotiable and we probably won't respond. It's an auction, not a flea market.


Q. What if I change my mind?
A. If you decide to bid on our auctions, please do so with the intent of paying for the item(s). We are reasonable and accommodating; but, an "Unpaid Item" dispute will be opened automatically if the item hasn't been paid for within 4 days.
Q. Why do I have to pay sales tax?
A. We're required to charge state sales tax on items delivered to states where we have retail stores. (see auction for list of states where we charge sales tax).


Q. Will you ship outside the U.S. if I pay extra?
A.  We ship only to the Continental U.S.  (no APO's or U.S. Territories) Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS.


Q. Can I return my merchandise if it is defective?
A. We make every effort to ensure our customers receive their items free of defects; but, if your item is defective, be sure to follow our Return Policy so we can help you (see "Returns" at the top of this page).
 

IT'S A GOOD IDEA to give yourself enough time to familiarize yourself with your new camera, before leaving on vacation, in case you have questions or need a replacement.
