If you would like your wool cut into strips, please let me know at time of Payment. NEW POSTAL RATES!
USPS has {-INCREASED-} its Postal Rates once again; this went into effect Jan. 27, 2013. These increases will "significantly affect" my International First Class shipments! This postal rate change affects 100% of my shipments to Canada. Postage in this class has {--> more than doubled <--} in some cases. I am doing my best to absorb the rate increases for my domestic mail; however I have had to adjust shipping charges for my Canadian packages. I hope my wonderful eBay friends "north of the border" will understand my position in having to implement this increase to Canada. I have appreciated your business and hope to continue to see all of you!
