Communication could have been better. Went quite awhile with no updates after my order was accepted and the payment taken. UPS delivery was not so great. Four items in my order and initial delivery only included three. The fourth was mis-directed to tim-buc-tu and didn't arrive until days later. Had to call UPS to trace its whereabouts.
