Do not buy from this seller. The item I purchased clearly stated that it was "brand-new and unused" and yet the seller sent an amenity kit that was entirely empty and missing all its contents. Clearly, an item can't be brand-new and unused if someone removes all its interior contents. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible communication, I had to message the sell multiple times for them to understand something very simple. They hid important information about the item, which is false advertisement. When I told them they sent me the incorrect color of the product, their response was for me to color over it with a marker... What kind of service is this!?! If I had known, I would have bought a cheaper version from another seller. In all my years, I've never had such a problematic seller.
