We ship our items to most countries and regions world-wide.


・Do you combine shipping?
We combine shipping for multiple bidders; we give $5-10USD shipping discounts each for bidders who purchase two or more shipping charged items.


・What delivery methods are available?
All items will be delivered by International Express Mail Service (EMS). (Insurance included)


・Do you offer any shipping methods?
We only use EMS to ship the item. Because we believe that it is the quickest safest way to deliver items to you.


・How long will it take for my item (s) to arrive after I complete the payment?
Usually, it will take about 5-6 days after the payment is completed.  We ship the item right away as soon as we receive your payment; we will send an EMS Tracking Number for you to track the item anytime anywhere.  Some items may take longer or shorter depending on country regions and other rare circumstances, such as national holiday, vacation, weather conditions etc.

・Do you accept a Buy It Now (BIN) price?
Unfortunately, all of our items don’t have a Buy It Now price.  Please stay with us till the end of the auction.


Cancelling Bids and Refunds


・Do you accept refunds if I don’t like them?
As our general rule, we accept returned items within 7 days of the item(s) arriving at your delivery address.  However there may be some cases which we can’t give you a full or partial refund.  Please contact us by an E-Mail so that we can solve the problem for you.


・Can I cancel my bidding?
We accept cancel. However, cancelling the bid might not be possible in some case.  Please contact us immediately for a quick response.


・Are there any items that cannot be returned?
We don’t accept returns which are related to size, color and damages which it has already been written on the item description page.  We believe that we have provided the most important information on our item description page and it is the bidder’s responsibility to read the entire item description page and see the pasted photographs of the item.

・Are the items authentic?

Unfortunately, it would take more than 20 photos to show every single damages and details severe to microscopic ones.  Therefore we take photos of the most severe and most important areas of each item.  The picture on the item page is all we have.  We cannot send you specific photos of the damage and area, to maintain equality for bidders.


・What are the size and color, also what will the item come with?
Everything you need to know is on the item description page, including the size, color and what it comes with, (dustbag, certificate, card, locks and keys).  Please take your time and read our item description for information.  We will do the best we can to answer questions which are not on the item page.


・How much is the shipping charge?
