The item was received broken right out of the box. I contacted 'yankeedanbury' and asked what to do. His response; "We don’t do returns on brand new factory sealed merchandise. Looking at your picture it appears that your son open the case to far, looks like he bent case by hinge I marked it on picture and cracked the back of it. It would not come in this condition from factory, looks like was used and broken". Not helpful at all! BEWARE! Just blame the customer!
