I ordered 100 cap plugs measuring 15X for $57.30. The order was promptly delivered as requested. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and actually need a 16X. I requested a refund or exchange and the provider indicated that he was not familiar with a 16X & requested that I provide the actual size & he would investigate. I forwarded a photo of a 16X & exact size of opening I need to plug. I have had no further contact with vendor. I would like to return item for refund. Thank you. J L Tipping
