We guarantee the authenticity and condition of each item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund.
Tell Me More!Hassle-free returns means that you do not have to contact us for a return authorization number prior to sending in your item. All we ask is that you do not remove the Authenticity Seal attached to your item and that you return the item in the condition you received it. We also ask that all original papers and box are returned. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to return items that do not meet this criteria.
How do I return an item? Follow these simple steps:
- Complete the return form included with your order. By completing this form, you provide valuable information on how we can better serve you in the future.
- Package your return. Package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dustbags.

Within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund for the original sales price and any taxes in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges.
