I buy the machines and go over them from top to bottom. Some need heaters, steam valves, motherboards, grinders etc. I check and recheck every possible function and even modify the machine to make it better if need be. Old black seals are automatically replaced with temperature ones. They are descaled twice. After all this I make and drink espresso that I like since essentially that is what I am, an espresso drinker. All this takes significant amount of time but I take no short cuts and they are guaranteed to work perfectly. I also remain available before and after the sale. Evidence of this is my Ebay flawless 5.0 feedback rating.

My coffee maker arrived today. It was packaged very well. I was unfamiliar on how to prime the machine so I called his number that he had sent if I had any questions. Answered on the second ring and walked me through the priming process perfectly and then answered a few other questions that I had about operating the machine. He gladly spent 15 minutes with me telling me all about the operation. I think this was by far the best customer service I have ever received from an eBay seller.
