Any duty fees are buyer's responsibility. Please keep in mind that in order to keep YOU and YOUR family safe, customs has the power to hold your item up to 3 months if they choose. I have absolutely no control over this so please remember that you are agreeing to this rare possibility when you purchase any items from me.

*Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

*We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.




INSURANCE FOR UNITED STATES:
Insurance is still optional for all U.S. shipments. It is a nominal fee and can be combined. Rates are the same as US Postal Service rates.

Once delivery is confirmed through USPS, the shipment is no longer protected against events such as theft from mailbox or mail person mis-deliveries unless the item is insured.

Please email me if you would like to insure your item (Nominal fee ~ same as post office). Though I have not had a problem with the mail delivery, I have had customers write me back saying that the delivery confirmation  showed  "delivered" but that their package was not in their mailbox. Insurance would have protected their purchase. Insurance also covers any possible damage while in transit.

If eBay has already removed the insurance option (effective 9/22/09) then you can add the current USPS insurance rate to the box at the bottom of your invoice OR email me and I will add it for you.

For all insurance claims, please contact me BEFORE 30 days if you haven't received your item or you received a damaged item.
