Tail Wrap Length: Our standard 39 inch tail wraps are designed for the average size 14h-15h+ horse and each panel is 5 inches wide. They will work very well for most horses. The 55 inch tail wraps were created for the larger horse, 16h or more, with a longer, thicker tail and each panel is 7 inches wide. We can make custom tail wraps for foal, mini or pony.
PACKAGE: Each tail wrap is packaged in a sealed, clear poly bag with attached header card. Inside the header card are basic instructions for braiding your horse's tail using our 3 paneled tail wrap. ADDITIONAL BRAIDING INFORMATION AND TIPS: I will also send you a page including more detailed information on braiding as well as some tips to get you started. The tail wraps are easy to use but it never hurts to get a tip or two.
COLOR COORDINATED : I have made tail wraps in custom colors for many buyers. Often the colors are for a team or club and most recently a drill team. I also made tail wraps to match horse boots. I didn't have one of the fleece colors in stock but was able to locate just the right shade. I could make tail wraps to coordinate with saddle pads or blankets. Please email me if you would like me to do this for your horse.
