INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: (Specifically AUSTRALIAPOST, ROYAL MAIL & BRAZILIAN POST)
The US Postal Service (USPS) and US Customs are swift to process international packages overseas. HOWEVER, your country's own Custom authority have, and do exercise, the legal right to inspect (open) and delay 'ANY' package prior to release to your domestic postal service. Many foreign Customs (AUS,UK,BR) may apply (even if no duty is payable) a fee for opening and resealing a package. Such payments are payable to your Post Office on final delivery. Foreign governments have become increasingly vigilant in the inspection and seizure of small/medium size packages for the avoidance of Duty Fees (import tariffs) and during times of high security. Buyers should be aware that although purchasing directly overseas can mean much lower prices, these purchases, if checked by your Customs, can be subject to the same product sales tax (VAT) deemed appropriate by your government inspectors. It is the buyers (importer) responsibility to pay any potential Duty should such an inspection be made.
If you have a time sensitive order then please PLAN AHEAD & PURCHASE EARLY. Allow adequate time and if regrettably you do experience a Customs delay then PLEASE do not place your frustrations and the responsibility solely on the retailer. Australian, UK and Brazilian local processing can appear slow. LIKE YOU, we do not control the schedules of foreign customs or their postal services but we do our part by ensuring orders are promptly and securely dispatched from the United States. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
