Definitely great seller and this was ;most thorough the post office however once I contacted the seller, they checked it out through post office, and then 2 weeks later the purse showed up which wasn't the sellers problem. our postal system is NOT The BEST yet they want an increase on postage and still can't deliver. Doesn't make sense. My grandaughter loves this!!
