I feel the item was packed with care but the bottle was cracked at the bottom I was and it was leaking but I felt this happened during delivery the top was not damaged and the seal was not broken I was able to save the whole 64

They sent my perfume to the wrong house. When I contacted them, they told me that I should look on the porch where the picture they took was. I told them again, that was not my home. They made me feel stupid when I told them that was the wrong house and they didn’t believe me and told me to look where it was in the picture. They did admit they sent it to the wrong house and sent it again through Walmart. Obviously, I will never ever use this company ever again.
