Did not advertise that product dies not have warranty in UK and that it would incur £45 customs fee on top of purchase price, payable on delivery. Told me I have to pay fee to customs or item would be destroyed . Refused refund, had to get ebay involved to force the issue. Long delivery time. Responded slowly to messages.
