7 Day Return Policy
In
order to provide more comfortable and confident trading
environment on eBay, we would like to state our return policy clearly here. To avoid any misunderstand,
please read following statement carefully. If you have any
questions, please feel free to contact us.
- Within 7 calendar days of delivery, if the buyer found there was a major mistake in the description, or the item buyer received is different from the pictures on the auction page. Buyer may return the item for a full refund. The delivered date will be according to the UPS tracking system at www.ups.com
- All other return request, except item damaged in shipping, will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee of the final bid. Original shipping cost is not refundable.
- All clocks are sold as is with no working guarantee because of the shipping condition. Most of our clocks are running right out of the box. We will assist our buyers to adjust their clocks, if they are not familiar with mechanical clock.
- Before the buyer is sending back the item, the return must be authorized. Unauthorized returned package will be refused and sent back without opening.
- The item must be returned in the same condition when it was delivered. We encourage the item to be insured when it is sent back. We couldn't be responsible for the expense of returning the item.
- After the item that is authorized to be returned must be received within 14 days. After 14 days, the package will be returned back to the sender without opening.
- Items sold as it is not covered under this return policy.
All
the packages we send out have insurance, if the items were
damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. We will
not accept a return of a damaged merchandise. We will try
out best to cooperate with both the buyer and the carrier
to complete the insurance claim process.
The
clocks we sell on eBay mostly are antique, so we hope the
bidders could understand that it's hard for us to describe
all the scratches, chips, scuffs etc. on the case and dial
of our clocks. But we are trying very hard to take clear
pictures of the item. And our pictures of the item are also
part of the description, which may contain any information,
which I have missed in our verbal description. We encourage
bidders to ask questions before the auction over.
International
customers please note that we are not familiar to your local
import laws, and there may be some import duty charged by
your local custom. Since every country has a different duty
rate, we couldn't provide you with an exact cost. For detail
on your local custom charge, please contact your local post
office or custom office. We are not responsible for any
custom duty fee.
