Q: Do you offer combine shipment? A: Yes, we offer $10 off each additional items you win. The items you win must end within 7 days. Please pay all your winning items together, so we can process all your items with the shipping discount. And we will arrange all your items in the same shipment. To ensure all your items arrive safely, they will be packed in individual boxes, except small items and clock parts.
Q: I'm making the purchase as a gift, can you send the item directly to my friend? A: Yes, we can ship the item to any address you indicated. And the shipping charge will be based on the delivery address. When you pay for your item, please make sure you include a note with the address where you would like your item to be shipped to. However, because of PayPal seller protection, if the item is paid through PayPal, we must ship the item to the confirmed address on the payment, sorry no exception.
Q: Can I stop by and pick up my purchase? A: Yes, we welcome our customers to stop by and pick up their purchases. We will schedule a pick up time. The purchase must be paid by either money order or cash.
Q: My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
A: It's unfortunate the merchandise arrived damaged. We are doing everything we can to ensure your order arrives to you safely. In case of the unpleasant event, please contact us immediately after you find our the damage. Do NOT simply refuse or return the package without notifying us first. Here is a step-by-step what will happen and what you need to do in case of a damage.
- The shipping company will only accept damage claims from the original shipper, which is us. Please get in touch with us first before doing anything.
- email us immediately with your full name and address as showing on your payment. Also make sure you include your phone number and the location of the package with your email.
- Pack the merchandise back with all the original packing material and seal the box for pick up. In case of broken glass, please be very careful not to get cut.
- Keep the shipping box in its original condition as it first delivered. Do not remove our shipping label. This is all you need to do as a customer.
- We will contact shipping carrier to file the damage claim after we receive your email with all the information.
- Within next 2 or 3 days, a driver from the shipping company will stop by your place and pick up the box. You do not need to pay for this pick up.
- The shipping company will get in touch with us to work on the damage claim.
- After the claim is approved or the package returned back to us from the shipping company, I will issue a refund to you
in the form of payment as first received, either a business check or PayPal. The refund will cover the original cost of the merchandise plus shipping and handling.
For refund issued by a business check, there will be a charge of $3 processing fee for
the claim and refund.
The above steps are limited to shipments sent by UPS only. We only use USPS to ship internationally and for small clocks and parts orders.
There is no insurance coverage for international shipments due t the USPS
insurance processing procedures.
Q: What kind of warranty do you offer on your items? A: We offer 7 Day Return policy on all of our items,
except items sold "as is".
