I have received the package and it was really secure, and no damage on the inside even the outside has only a little couples up noticeable damage.

I ordered 3 of the same item and received 2 US units and 1 EU unit. I filed a claim and the seller was very quick to reply and resent a new item as ordered. I received the replacement item within the same time frame as the original order. 4 stars for good customer service and good product replacement. It would have been 5 stars if the order had been correct the first time. Overall I recommend this seller as they were fast to correct their error.

can't get support to resolve this issue seller is trying up my refund and stalling. I placed two orders different focal lengths the seller shipped them together. I found a better price two minutes after placing the order and tried to cancel within three minutes of planning the order. The seller refused to cancel saying that he'd already shipped. I received both cameras in one package. I promptly returned the same package and provided shipping and the seller has only provided partial refund.

Had questions before ordered. Very fast to respond. Delivery was much faster than expected. When delivered camera had excellent day time image. Night time seeded to have IR light reflection that I could not remedy. After several interactions with Zone-1316 decided to return camera for refund. Very quick 100% reimbursement for the return. I could not have been more pleased with the service. I plan to order another camera from them this week.
