Seller sent faulty item. My footrest has an extremely sharp metal base that is not suitable for use in my salon or to even place on my floor due to the damage it will cause. They are refusing to accept a return or provide a refund. Under no circumstances would I ever buy from this seller again. I would not even give them 1 start. Appalling service.
