So sort of a mixed review. Order hitch, arrived quickly, however one box was destroyed with several missing pieces. Contacted magnum truck gear, they responded in a timely manner. They responded and said I would need to ship back and return, then I could reorder. But I thought I should contact them and see how they were going to ship it differently so this didn't happen again. Unfortunately this is where they didn't respond to me. At least not that I saw. So I then searched for another supplier
