Here is why:
1. The seller is understandable, and there were no problems even despite me paying a little late (4 days after accepting the offer)
2. Shipping was fully tracked, and it took only 4 days to get delivered!
3. Monitor has no problems, and came in a secure box. It successfully shows 4K resolution in 60Hz using DisplayPort cable.

The first one was shipped flat (like the manufacturer says to do.) I confidently bought another one. The second one was wadded up and shoved into something smaller than a women's shoebox. Although the seller explained that the item was broken to begin with, it was shipped in a manner that absolutely damaged the item even further. With a "no returns" policy, I had no recourse. The seller was honest about the item, but was not consistent in their shipping practices. Super bummed out.
