Product knowledge lacking. A cautious positive approval because once they realized mistakes, they offered to make things right. Item descriptions & pictures show outside door handles & that it's correct for vehicle. After I ordered, fitment says indoor placement. After much explanation their tech confirmed my statements & they offered to send out correct outside door handles. Before refusing shipment, I said it weighs too much for inside handles. Opened & they were outside door handles.
