I had a bit of problem with Fed Ex delivering to another property because they go by GPS and not always by house numbers!!   Starter was new great price for hard to find older starter it is a metal starter it is the omc Johnson/evinrude starter as described unfortunately it was a defect seller responses were fast and prompt offering exchange or refund great seller not their fault but item did come faster than expected and I would buy from them again in the future.
