This seller is the best I've ever encountered as far as follow through and customer service. The first item arrived trashed (pic), sent replacement, trashed (pic). After getting through a communication barrier, seller sent a 3rd item, perfect! Some of the bezel plates came off this one, but that's just some glue. I was able to somewhat fix the damaged items with cardboard braces under the felt bezel plate (pic watches) with hot glue. But a new item shouldn't have to be fixed. Seller is A++ tho

Great seller! Sadly not only did their shipper, fedex deliver my package to the next door neighbors house, they partially destroyed the box and bent the shelving unit inside. After much researching we purchased the vanity set for my daughter for Christmas due to the price and that it included a matching stool. After setting up the vanity which took 2 hours and having thrown the box away we realized that the stool was missing. Contacted the seller and was told that the stool wasn’t included as advertised and that it would cost me an additional $35 to ship one out. I wouldn’t purchase from this seller again due to false advertising.

The items arrived in a box that was essentially destroyed but the actual items were mostly fine if it was raining or snowing they would've been destroyed. I sent photos and they refunded 10%, which was acceptable.
I highly encouraged them to package them in more sturdy boxes. They seem to have understood. Again, most of the shopping boxes within were fine and acceptable.
