Item arrived in excellent, unused condition. Container was not damaged or showing any signs that it was a salvage unit, so 'new' in the description would be accurate. I was considering leaving a negative or neutral rating since after 1 week, no indication that the item had shipped. No tracking, no 'shipped' status. I had to leave a message to remind them to ship. It shipped later that day, but no response or apology. All's good considering the great price. Otherwise...meh.
